AWAKEN YOUR SPIRIT
Sedona, Arizona
Yoga and Hiking Retreat
March 29-April 3, 2020

Awaken your Spirit is a Yoga Retreat designed to help you reconnect with your soul in one of the most spiritual places in the world.

Sedona is an Arizona Desert town that is surrounded by red rock buttes, steep canyon walls and pine forest and is thought of as one of the most magical and spiritual places in the world. Wherever you go, you can feel the energy! This journey will quickly bring you to your inner self, where you can easily connect and relax into your beautiful surroundings.

Linda and Diane are experienced yoga teachers who have a passion for helping their students move forward along the yogic path through their passion for connecting to the spirit. They do this through the use of asana practice, meditation and connecting with nature. They are offering this divine retreat in a beautiful ranch style home located in the west end of Sedona, near the moun-tains.

The Sedona Ranch Resort is located on 2.5 acres of land in a quiet neighbourhood. The back patio has gorgeous views of the sunset and the red rock mountains. There is a heated pool, hot tub, fire pit and BBQ.

Your journey into awakening your spirit will begin each day with morning yoga classes preparing your body for quiet meditation, guided hikes and spiritual awakening in the red rocks.
